Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. bji999 will notify affected players through the account dashboard where practical.
Live in-play bets on cricket, PSL matches, football and esports are subject to the same general betting rules. In-play odds update in real time and bji999 may suspend markets at any point during an event. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. bji999 will not be held responsible for bets that were not confirmed due to a market suspension occurring between submission and confirmation.
Maximum single-event and accumulator winnings limits apply on bji999. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting rules section and are subject to review. bji999 reserves the right to apply individual account-level limits where warranted based on betting patterns.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on bji999 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your account must meet the stated wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn.
